This cutting board is made from choice live-edged woods from around the world. Esqusite  with it's purple hues, this cutting board will mature over time into an eggplant purple. 
Purpleheart is a South Amercian wood. 
It has accents of curly maple  (Americas) and striped ebony (Central Africa). 
Clean with soft soapy sponge. Revive with mineral oil.
